Thank you for applying. We appreciate our volunteers! Once this Volunteer Application & Release Form is completed and submitted, our Volunteer Coordinator will be contacting you regarding the status of your application. You may be asked to schedule an interview and orientation. At that time you will be given information about Volunteer opportunities, needs, and scheduling availability.

For and in consideration of myself and any minors listed below for which I am claiming full responsibility, participating as an animal shelter volunteer for the Joshua Tree No-Kill Shelter (JTNKS), I do hereby assume all risks and hazards incidental to participation as a volunteer, I do hereby hold and save harmless JTNKS and all sponsors, employees, and individuals associated with the JTNKS from any and all liability of any kind from any claim, demand, action, or suit whatsoever, directly or indirectly, including expenses for or on account of any and all damages or injuries which may be sustained by myself, any persons listed below, and/or any property from my association with JTNKS.
